Intro

Most software patents are trivial and obvious but that is also the case with many hardware patents. They are only intended to protect the market or to prevent someone else to request the patent. The patents are quite obvious, I would definitely get a patent on every design and idea of myself in this way, if I wanted. Famous is the Microsoft's 'IsNot' Patent.
