Problem with image align

I have made my articles with JCE version 2.3.3.2, because in this version there where no problem with images. 

I can't use the new version (2.6.9) because when I edit and save an article with the new version all “clear both” settings of the images are gone. All images will be messed up.The new JCE version always deletes "clear =  both".

1e image alignment = left, 2e image image alignment = left, clear = both (doesn't work):

 1e image alignment = left, 2e image image alignment = left, clear = both:

<- no </p><p> now it works 

1e image alignment = left, 2e image image alignment = left + clear both (doesn't work)

Making this text header 3 under the image is very hard
